STEP 2 Payment

JAPAN WiFi requires payment in advance for use of our services. We will charge the credit card when you place the order.
Depending on your itinerary changes, cancellation, or other reasons, additional charges will appear on your credit card separately after the initial charge.

STEP 3 Pick-up

Your mobile Wi-Fi hotspot will be ready and prepared for you at your designated airport kiosk, on your designated date.
Your mobile Wi-Fi hotspot will be provided in a pouch that includes a charging adapter. A photo is provided below.

Your device is ready for immediate use.
Simply turn on the Wi-Fi hotpot and connect your devices over Wi-Fi.

Return the mobile Wi-Fi hotspot to the specified airport kiosk.
